I've lived in William Penn for almost 20 years now, and it has been a nightmare from hell trying to get this company to fix any of the problems in my apartment ever since they got this new manager! It really seems as though the management company is more worried about the appearence on the outside, when the insides are falling apart. So when my lease expires I will be getting out of here and I will never look back. O-Yeah i would like to add that it seems that they are now prejudice, they do not have not one ------- american working for them anylonger. It seems as though they have tryed to just get rid of everyone that was a minority.
