I have been here for about 4 years now and have seen alot of changes. Recently there has been a management change and the new property manager is very open, personable, honest and friendly. They seem to really care obout their residents and have their best interest at heart. I am very happy here and plan on staying. I would and do recommend William Penn to my friends and co workers as a great place to live.
They have definitely changed for the better!!!
