The owner is a ------ slum lord, who does not talk to tenants. They socially group everyone together when assigning units and he is a liar and very inconsiderate. He will tell you one thing and then do another. Stay far away! For the price they are charging you should have new everything, well he doesnt upgrade crap. He patches things. These units are old, bug infested, drafty, wood boxes.

We are very sorry this former resident has an issue with those of the ------ faith. As it happens, both the residents and the management at this complex are extremely racially diverse. As to the price, we charge an average of $.75 - $.80 per square foot, which is better than the area standard.
