I have been a tenant at Windsor Forest since before we were under new ownership. I have had no problems with the owner, he talks to me sincerely and we joke around kindly. He is doing his best to get the drugs and crime out of the neighborhood in order to make it a safe environment for his tenants. As for the maintenance team, yes there is one maintenance person who seems to care less whether he serves the tenants promptly and efficiently, but the other maintenance guy is terriffic. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and everything is going well with you. PArking indeed does suck, and yes we do have to warn our guests to park in visitor parking or else, but that is something management needs to work on. The apartments are old and do need updating, especially the carpeting, tiling, washers and dyrers, stoves, refridgerators, and dishwashers. Soem apts are being renovated, but it takes time. The rent is a little more steep than I would like, but honestly there are no bugs, if an apt has bugs that is cause that tenant was a very dirty person, not because the apartments are infested. I havent seen anything but ants, and you can get them in any home.
