I've lived in Windsor Forest for under a year, but some of the previous reviews are dead on.
The Positives:
The unit is spacious. The office people are nice.
The Negatives:
The townhomes are very old and drafty. Maintenance is beyond slow and the guy just doesn't seem to care. The appliances are very old, the floor boards are uneven in the rooms. The windows rattle when windy and are difficult to open. The grounds are not kept very well and it is true that the owners don't clean up after their pets. Parking is terrible and towing is inevitable if you don't have that tag on your windshield. Lastly, which is the worst, cars without alarms have gotten broken into because they have valuables in them.
