Don't expect too much living here

The units do not provide much room as there isn't too much space to store anything outside of basic things. The walls are extremely thin and the place is drafty. Whatever the weather is outside, is how it feels on the bottom floor. As far as the unit I lived in, my neighbors were decent not too loud but you can still hear everything clearly that goes on in their units. A lot of people have dogs, but not too many clean up the crap after walking them. If your unit does not face the parking lot, there is decent lighting at night. It seems as if people with teenagers and kids tend to live in the front facing units so those areas seem noisy at times to me. I work a regular 9-5, but the parking lot is still mostly full when I leave in the morning and there is hardly any parking at night, so you draw your own conclusions from that. If you plan on having guests then they'll have a ways to walk to your place if you don't live right in front of the guest parking. The tow trucks will get nonresidents who park in residential assigned parking, which is a good thing in my opinion as parking is often limited if you have a life. Maintenance is pretty much hit or miss, but the guy who works the rental office is extremely friendly and accommodating. The units seem very old and not sure any amount of renovations would cut it. I was locked IN my own unit. That's right locked in because the doorknob didn't function properly. I had to take the thing apart myself and reassemble it. I had to climb in and out of the window to leave as that one door is the only way out. They claim too have a lot of space for what you pay for but the way the units are laid out it doesn't seem like a lot of room. I suppose you get what you pay for, just don't expect too much living here. Overall, the people are mostly decent but expect the usual annoyances with living in a big complex.
