A great place to live - I moved into Deemers Landing July 2006. The building I moved into was brand new, so everything was great. I moved out in January 2009. The place is super clean. The worst I have lived there for 1 year and my apartment was broken into and there were 2 shootings near my building. Very poor security and very poor management. I do not recommend anybody living there if they want to live safely.

never been so disrespected as much as the new manager does. You can control the heat but its either to hot or to cold. You have to seal the windows in the sumer time or you will have a very high electric bill. God forbid you ask them to fix sometihng. They have fix it and then tell you its okay.

Too Many Kids My apartment has upgraded everything in it but, when i come home from work there always a bunch of kids playing in front of the building and throwing trash in front of the building. They also, play in the laundry room windows climbing in and out of them.

I am tired of smelling smoke EVERY day. The vents are shared so if you have a neighbor that is a smoker, then you WILL smell the smoke in your apartment. It smells like a bowling alley in my apartment and I do not smoke. Terrible to breathe. If you value breathing dont move into an apartment
