I have lived here for 2 years with no real problem until recently. A month ago I reported that fleas had infested my apartment. Their response was that they would take care of it in a few days. After waiting for a few days and not hearing from them I called them, and they told me to wait. I called 4 more times over the span of a week and they told me again and again to wait. It has been 4 weeks and they have not sent a single person in my apartment building which is entirely infested with fleas. No exterminator, not a single phone call from the office to let me know what is going on. I am now looking into legal options. I do not recommend this place to anybody and I can't wait to move out

I think legal options are not going to work really well. It still cheaper to pay for exterminator yourself in terms of money. But yes, I had the same problem with black beetles infestation there. But I didn't rely on maintenance at that time already. I knew they are no help.

I lived there for a year. The apartment is old, so it's not a quite awesome place though. Through my experience, I didn't have parking problems and the office staff was kind. They always sent people to take care of maintenance stuffs when I called. However, the apartment is really old..and bugs sometimes..it was pretty annoying. Overall, it was just OK because the price was cheaper, compared other places around there..
