Over the past few months I have written to the managers of this apartment building and they have neglected EVERY detail of concerns I have listed them. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is filthy, disgusting and the management is terrible. They will neglect you and the safety and health violations. They do not care. This has to be the worst place in Delaware to live. I have seen the police in my building from violence in the area than I have seen the management respond to broken glass windows. This place is a nightmare. They are owned by the Pala Management, however don't try to find out what their address is because the Admiral's Club refuses to let you know. This is withholding of public information and will prove to your favor in the court of law. Find an attorney if you want to live here.
