Unsafe-- not a good place

I?ve lived in a lot of places, and I?ve never felt as unsafe as when I lived here. My car was stolen twice, and when it was sitting in the parking lot behind my apartment, a kid jumped up on top of my hood and smashed my windshield. There were constantly large crowds hanging out in parking lots, drinking and turning up their car radios as loud as possible. I am a woman, and was afraid walking to the bus stop. Because of its lack of safety, I wouldn?t recommend these apartments.
However, if you don?t mind having to watch your car in the parking lot constantly and keeping your door locked and bolted and chained, this place is a pretty good value for the money. The apartments are a good size, with nice spacious bathrooms and decent storage. Maintance was good with everything but fixing air conditioning (which seemed to die whenever it was hottest). Move-out was a pain though-- I scrubbed that place spotless and they still tried to charge me for cleaning (along with charging me for garbage that my neighbors had left in the hallway).
