When I first moved here, this place was pretty decent, but since then it has gone downhill, especially maintenance. It took me 2 years to get screens for my windows and only because my next door neighbor who works for the complex got them for me. It took 3 years for my toilet to be fixed properly and only because I spke to someone at a sister site. Air conditioning never works right, and it's been down 3 times this year already within a 3 week period and they give you all kinds of excuses -- I reported a problem with the condenser end of last season, and it was never give to the HVAC crew to fix before it was needed again. Guess what' I needed it, and they found the motor was shot, soemthing that could have be done in spring! And forget routine maintenance, they never heard of it! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
