I moved in this place because it was affordable. When I visited the place at the time it was ok.when I first moved in there were a list of thing that needed to be fixed at the time they told me to write a list of all the stuff that I see needed to be fix and drop it off to themI did but nothing got fix.
Service there is horrible,lots of roaches and insects the hallway stays dirty, and infront of the building.
Parking is a nightmare. I dont let my kids play outside, there laundry room is horrible clothes all over you have one instant where a mexican was living in the wash room.Cops are there 3,4 times a day. Theres a fire like every other day. On a daily basis you can't pass in the hallway or come thru the main door because the -------- block the doorway and they would not move for nothing. They drink and leave the alcohol bottle at the doorway, dog feaces in the grass. There was an instant that I encountered where this one Mexican guy park is van cross way in a 2 parking space because he didnt want me to get the parking. The garbage can stay over flowing with very foul scent and especially in the summer time it really stinks.. there's trash bags scattered all around the trash can. There are couple child molester living in the complex. Another instants there was a Mexican also sleeping in the hallway.
The oustside stay littered with broken glass, so far my car has been punctured twice from it.And dont you call maintainance they take forever to come. The pipes stay leaking.The kitchen and bathroom doors and draws stay coming apart. The tub leak and the toilet. No mesh on the windows. The door knobs keep coming off.I could kept going on and on. I would not recommend this apartment not even to my enemy. I pray to god day and night that one day things will get better thatI can move out of there.My next step is to report them to the City.
