One of the largest problems at ACA is the noise. You have the BOOM, BOOM BOOM of rap comming from most cars pulling in after midnight. Then there are the neighbors who play the stereo loud and late at night. The shouting in the hallways. Fireworks going off at 1am. I could go on a long time. Too many -------s with no concern for others end up there.

Parking is nasty. I have 8 new dents in my new car from parking there. It only took a few weeks. And there are few spots to park. Management does not do anything unless there is a complaint. There was 1 car parked in the same spot for 4 months until I complained.

Kids. They run around the hall, dropping food and drink everywhere. I find potatoe chips and other things in my mailbox somtimes.

This really is a ------ place to live. Management needs to get some real security there. Not the one they have now who shows up every 4 hours and does a quick drive through. They are worthless.
