I have lived at Admiral's Club (apparently also called Hunter's Crossing') for almost a year (I will be moving out in two weeks). When I moved in I discovered that the air conditioner had been put into the wall and the cord from it was an inch too short to reach the outlet in the wall. I was told that this would be fixed and, after asking the staff to fix it THIRTEEN TIMES, it has not been fixed. As a result, the apartment is so hot and humid that thousands of roaches have bred under the carpet and in all of my belongings. I have had to inspect every object in the apartment before moving it out and into my new apartment because there were at least 20 roaches in every little thing. Also, none of the drains work in the apartment. There are black stains covering the carpet. For months there were no lines in the parking lot so people would park sideways and take up three spots with their cars. Directly outside my window is a dumpster that is emptied about once a month. When I open my front door people's garbage rolls into my living room. I can hear absolutely every noise made by my neighbors through the paper-thin walls. I pay $580 a month for all this in a studio apartment smaller than any other studio apartment I have ever seen. Please, please do not live here if you have children. It is absolutely a hazard to the health of anyone susceptible to illness in poor living conditions. I cannot believe how badly these people take advantage of people who can't afford to live anywhere better.

Have lived here for 4 years. Appreciate the spacious apartment, attention to landscaping and trash removal. Plenty of parking. Current management has worked very hard to bring the noise problem (i.e., teenagers) under control. People usually nice to each other. Good value for cost and, best of all, pets allowed.
