Been here about a year now. Some Office colleagues have lived here about 3 - 5 years.
Heard it was pretty good and moved in without much shopping around. Also, it one of the few apts with two full baths in a two bedroom apt. My experience has been average to bad, at best. Bugs..loud music & noises, rarely courteous management & maintenance super, but rest of the staff are friendly.
Maintenance is very good. They usually attend to it the same day. But they also enter without notice..I told the manager twice..wrote to them twice.. no use.
Nowadays.. most of my colleagues have moved out and i?m moving out next month. So, ?they used to be nice?.. apts '
Parking.. come back after 8pm and you?d be lucky to get a spot near your apartment. Lotsa 'dings' on my car doors too.
The units are about 30 years old and pretty pricey too for the perks.
