I would like to make the following points about the complex. Then you decide whether you would like to go stay there,

- Lot of pests (roaches and mice)
- Management is not always helpful
- Maintenance staff enters the apartment without notice
- Apartments are very old so they are not sound proof
- A/C units are old so the electric bill will be high
- The interior layout is poorly designed so much living space is wasted.
- Cars get broken into because the parking spots are poorly lighted at night (Poor Security)
- If you own a motor bike then this is not a place for you, because they do not allow it
- Dish antennas are not allowed.
- All Apartment buildings in the complex smell of food.
- Some of their washing machines and dryers are broken.
- Mailboxes are very small (only good for envelopes) so your bigger mail (even small boxes do not fit in it) and has to be picked up from the post office.
- No security at all, so anybody can walk into the apartment buildings. No security cameras and the building doors are not locked.
- Complex is located in a socially isolated part of the town so you will have a drive a while to socialize.
- Public Bus service is really bad. Just one bus runs up and down near the complex every couple of hours.

If you still would like to go sign a lease with them then it is up to you.
