I love the location, but I've had enough. The air conditioner is unbearably loud, especially when it kicks on, so I resorted to just getting a window unit for my bedroom. Janet is what all the reviews say she is. A -----. I don't know about the racist part, I think she just hates everyone. I've had maintanence come into my apartment without giving prior notice to check on something for my downstairs neighbor. They tried to put things back so I wouldn't notice, and when I confronted Janet about this, she was rude, and gave no satisfactory explanation. Also, I have silverfish that I can't get rid of with continual "pest" management. While the price is reasonable, my primary motivation for moving is the horrid customer service. Fran is nice if you're lucky enough to go in when she's the only one there, but most of the time that hasn't been the case for me.

The Westover Companies should start by removing Janet from any type of authoritarian position, and move on from there.
