it is very very old apartment. The management is very very bad. They will use trick to attract people and make lots of promise to let people sign the lease, after signing the lease, they will change the attitude and did not admit their promise. They are totally lias. Since I and some of tenants were cheated by their assistant,this apartment is really really a bad choise. Don't realize that after you have already signed the lease. It is too late. Be aware of the lias of the pine brook apartment assistant.I won't recommed any people to live there. It is really a terrible experiences. Also it is very cold inside the apartment in the winter since they did not t turn the heater on.
