Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I have lived here for awhile and haven't experienced any problems with the heating. There is less noise here than if you live in any apartments on Elkton Rd with all of the University kids plus the 1 bedroom apartment has an extra room so its cheaper for the room you have.
