i am here for about 3 years, once this years' lease is up, i am OUT. i have had noisy neighbors, lack of sufficient parking, trash laying around, my car has been vandalized 4 times in 3 years for no reason. also my car has been broken into 4 times in 3 years and my cd's and stereo stolen. the office staff means well, but sometimes they drop the ball. alot of college kids live here (read: noisy parties)
the plumbing is old, expect leaky pipes. the windows are very drafty in the cold weather. noise from paper mill road is almost unbearable at times. the a/c unit does not cool the back bedrooms. there are feral cats living in the complex and someone is feeding them, and just this spring one of them had a litter of kittens! the laundry rooms are filhy. many times neighbors will leave their clothes inside the washers for HOURS without removing it. bugs and flies sometimes invade the apartment. Pulling out of the complex during rush hour is nearly impossible.
Sap from the pine trees ruined my car's finish and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. The rent kep increasing every year by about $50/per month. There are nicer apartment complexes out there which are less expensive.
