for the post "welcome home friends": you obviously work at the apts at pinebrook, because NO ONE who actually LIVED there would write such lies. the place is a hole. section 8 apartments, crime, noise, old construction, the list goes on.

I agree with lolo667 above. i lived there from 2003-2005, it was noisy, i had bugs in the apartment, i had my car broken into 3 times in 2 years, the swimming pool was like swimming in bath water, there were birds in my apartment and the a/c and heat never worked right, the neighbors were noisy, the buildings were old and needed a good cleaning and the laundry room was a haven for homeless people to sleep in and use as bathrooms. i was glad to get away from this place!!

i agree with BOTH responses above. the original post was written by an apts at pinebrook employee. my nightmare was from 2002-2004 and i finally got out and moved to new york to take a job. noise, filth, uncaring employees, loud neighbors, run down buildings, etc. my car was stolen TWICE in two years. the police rarely show up if at all. run, dont walk-away from here!!!

some people that work here live here and if you hate it so much,move!!!! You are the ones making it miserable for the rest of us and if your car was broken into that many times, there was a reason....put your cds away and take off the cheap rims.
