I've lived at PineBrook apts for several years now and it doesn't seem to me some residents are "bad". I think this a quite area and the office staff is really nice. I don't think "criminality" and "trashes all over the place" is true at all. Lots of nice families are living there as well as quite students. But you know, some people may not like the fact that this is a community mixed with people from different origins. You know, it's kind of called racism... However, everybody here is living peacefully and from my personnal experience, i never had any troubles with anybody. I have lived on elkton Road and i swear this place is the best i've seen so far. i'm a grad student and the quality of the place with such a cheap rent is making the area a very good place to live. No noises, the UD shuttle stopping in front of the apts, and so on...
As far as i am concerned, i think this is a pretty high standard residential area and i won't go anywhere else.
