Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
If you like mice this is the place for you.Mice are a major problem in this complex, they eat through the walls and carpets.

The A/C is loud and does not cool the the bedroom. Residents are loud and do not clean up after themselves or there animals.

Maint. Staff overworked and Management does not care, The complex needs major face lift, not a good value for the money.

Good location to Univ. of Del.
