i lived here for two years and hated it. the buildings are old and falling apart. maintenance does respond quickly to calls for service but it's like they can not keep up. the neighbors are rude, they are loud, playing their TV and stereo at all hours. if you live on first or second floor, you'll hear every noise from the person above you. some people are too lazy to bring their trash to the dumpsters outside so they pile it in the hallways. alot of students and young kids live here, partying all weekend. parking is a mess, it is very hard to find a spot near your building at night. the office staff keeps turning over, they do not care and just brush off your complaints. pay the rent ON TIME or you'll get a nasty phone
call. sometimes homeless people will sleep in the laundry room. they also have section 8
residents living here....ie, low life scum.

this property has never accepted section 8 so it's probably you morons that allow people to live with you that aren't on the lease. it's your fault low life scums might live here. thanks!

no, the management is LYING to you. go to bldg 300- there Are ILLEGALS AND SECTION 8 PEOPLE LIVING THERE!! The apt management gets money from the government for allowing section 8 residents. they'll lie to your face- but they are there!
