We lived here for the year we were in Delaware, and we liked it a lot. The green surroundings are nice, you can walk across the street to the creek, or walk downtown without too much trouble. Check out Tony's cafe up the street - Sicilian Tomato Pie.

The management seemed pretty good to me, maintenance fixed stuff on time, etc. Parking is easy. It was a pretty quiet place. I remember getting frustrated a few times when the pool was closed for no good reason. We never had any bug or mouse problems.
