it is just too noisy, the neighbors and their guests are too inconsiderate, fights, yelling, loud music, loud TV's, trash, cigarette butts.
the maintenance staff is pretty good, they are over worked and underpaid. the office staff is OK too, but there is a high turnover rate. the laundry room here is a haven for homeless men to sleep sometimes. more than once i have seen them in there laying on the floor. i live on the ground floor and some times people look right into my apartment. parking is a hassle too, not enough spots. the gym is OK but sometimes crowded. my lease is up soon, and i took a job in california. so i am outta here!
only live here if noise is not an issue with you.
