My boyfriend and i have been leaving here for 2 years. Maintainence is horrible. Our G/D stopped working, they left a note blaming us for not running the water when disposing. But they came back a week later after it was discovered by the downstairs residents that the pipes had frozen. They took apart our sink and didn't fix it until a week later. We had to do our dishes in the bathtub. Upstairs neighbor flooded his tub and it leaked into our apartment. Mold grew. Guys came and took a piece of it out and still haven't come back to completely fix. That was almost a year ago. We complained about it several times until we just finally took bleach to it and fixed it ourselves cause i didn't want a tumor. Took our screens out in May to paint the windowsills (that still look like ----) and STILL have yet to put them back in. It's November. Tons and Tons of bugs and the biggest spiders i have ever seen. Broken laudry facillites for months which is funny when the maintainence guy comments on how the dryer is broken, and then 2 months later its still broken. Isn't he the one that should fix it' Fire alarm goes off for no reason and is INCREDIBLY ear shatteringly loud. Good thing for fires. Bad when there isn't one and someone just keeps shutting it off because it's broken and keeps going off. Scary. No parking after 8pm. Neigbors stole mail delivered that was a present for my boyfriend on X-mas EVE from right outside my door. Neighbors broke front door and shattered windows at least 4 times. Bonfires on decks that smoke out residents. Shirtless stupid guy fights out in the parking lot all the time (wait, is that our maintainence man partying with them' well you go and have a great time...fix my moldy ceiling later' peace out man) Rent keeps going up. Pool is a joke, kiddie pool. Fitness center' BAH! if you like one treadmill, one elliptical, and one bike. Weight machine is always broken. Equipment always taken because there are three machines for what, 250 residents' Website is a total joke. Not reality. Cannot wait to get out of here.
