Worst Place to Live in Newark

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I had to move out after living there 6 months because of loud neighbors and lack of response from management to take care of maintainence problems. Worst place I have ever lived. I made over 12 complaints to police about the noise and they did nothing. Now they are trying to come after me for the money they think they are owed, RIDICULOUS!!
