First, I was told all apartments had a patio or deck, and I got the ONE unit that did not have one. I was on the "first" floor, which was actually below ground. I tried to change before we moved in as we were unaware but they said that would be breaking the lease. It is very noisy and unsafe. My apartment was broken into, and my room mate's car was broken into. Parking wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good. Maintenance had a couple of day lag and our bath tub clogged at least 4 times. The cable connection was terrible and there was shotty workmanship on the entire place. My car was stuck in the snow because they plow right down the main stretch, and guess where the snow goes...Right behind the cars so they are blocked in. There is a half built reservior behind it, which could potentially flood and being the complex is lower than the reservior. If for some reason, you do decide to live here, DO NOT live on the first floor!
