Even though the apartments are pretty close to campus and one of the cheapest around, it is very unsafe and and noisy. Being on the bottom floor my apartment was broken into twice, both during the day. Of course, I was put in the apartment below a german shepard and lab, even though these dogs are not allowed, according to the lease. The owners made sure to leave the window open 24-7 so the beasts could bark at every moving thing..so not only did we hear the noise but the entire place echoed with that loud ass barking. The place was made in the 70s and the plumbing shows its 40 year old age. If you live on the bottom floor, the bathtubs and sinks back up. Our apartment even had sewer flies. If anything breaks in the apartment, good luck getting a hold of maintenance.
Take a picture of every single little dirt stain and scratch in the apartment to get your deposit back when you move out. We left our place in better condition then when we got there and only received $90 back. DONT MOVE HERE!
