I moved here because the aparments were remodeled (not new - so keep that in mind when you are looking) and the price was right. I had some problems moving in, but the management was great and all of my maintenance issues were taken care of in a few days. I like the pool and fitness center, and I feel safe in my building because of the tenants, but I do not always feel safe in the evening coming in and out of the building. It is well lit at night in the parking lot, but sometimes I see non-residents driving around or wandering. I agree with other review that we should be able to open the door to the water heater/breakers and I have a few beetles in the kitchen, but nothing out of the ordinary. The stove, dishwasher, and fridge are not new - but I was never told they were going to be. The washer and dryer are nice. The buildings are not sound proof at all - so be ready to hear your neighbors. Hopefully the tenants continue to be nice as more buildings open up and some landscaping done in the back - but what can you expect for the low rent. I say if you are looking for a nice place at a lower rent with some ammenities, it is definately worth it to live here (but dont expect luxury - if you really need all that, pay the $ and live across the street).
