Now, could they be any more obvious''' 5.0. This place'', LOL. Please read the reviews under Greenfield Manor also, that is what it used to be called. It was such a dump, they had to change the name. Just to give you the "History" of this place. I know someone who still lives there. It's still a ghetto. The rental office should stop posting on here.

To be fair, I don't think things are the same as they used to be. I've lived here a while, and have had very few problems, although it's not perfect. My last apartment was Canby Park, so this place is heaven compared to that place. Tenants here don't put up with much and will call the police at the drop of a hat.

I agree. They have changed alot since it was remodeled. I don't have any problems other than an occaisonal noise complaint
