In reading some comments I am surprised. I had a maint. call today. The crew responed within the first hour and followed up w/ a call to see if I was happy. My experience has not been bad in the three months I have lived here. Landscaping could improve and the other side needs to be completed but other than that it has been good. I have had good cust. serv from the staff while transferring here to DE. I have definately seen and lived in worse.
