I like the layout of my apartment and the neighborhood so far has been quiet. I have only heard one arguement in the three months I have been there. My building is quiet except for my neighbor upstairs and that has nothing to do with the complex, just disrespectful neighbors. I am young single female and I feel safe in my apartment. I asked for a peep hole and it was install the next day. I think that for $755 it is a good deal. I know people paying $900 for an apartment half the size.
I would recommend this apartment to others.
