I moved in the begining of 06' and I was very excited this being my first time renting. I was lured in by the "Luxery" and "Many Upgrades" they advertised. I thought I made a good choice by choosing to live there I was very wrong!! My move in was okay, but once you are ready to sign the lease they tell you, no BBQ grills, washing at night, or vacuming at night, So i say okay Ican deal with that. I get to my new "Luxery upgrade Apartment" and the tub has holes and dents in it,I call the leasing office and they send someone to fix it 2 weeks later, still nothing to serious.. Then maybe a month later the AC unit floods and water goes half way into the room ruining some of my stuff I call them and they say renters insurance covers it they are not liable. They send someone in to dry the carpet, they fix it once and it does it a second time the next month. All they did was send a maintenence guy to wet dry vac it I only had to call them 5 times before he came!! I had to by a Deep cleaner to get the wet smell out. Then a couple months later I come home and almost the whole living room was soaked, I called and nobody can figure where the water is, they tell me to put some towels down, then the next day the floor is even more wet maintenence guy comes and breaks the walls and he finds the hot water pipe had burst, he fixed that and said some place was going to come and steam the carpet to get the xtra water out i had to call them every day for 5 days after getting the run around they came and did it. Needless to say I am not the least bit pleased here, the walls a paper thin I here the people from next doors convo from the bathroom, and the people above and below walking, music, talking and evrything else. I hate it here there is no insulation at all the neighbors arent bad I dont really see them... if you want quality service, 24 hour maintenence,and privacy, and some peace and quiet dont go here!! When my lease is up I am gone.
