I have to say that I just moved in and I am so happy that I chose to live here. Sure it is not the fanciest apartments in Delaware, but the management is right on target - attentive and friendly.
Love it, love it, love it.

These posts by the Apple Chase management are both hilarious and pathetic. I hope that if you're serious enough to go to this site to read a review, that you're also smart enough to see through these shill reviews by management representatives. Please read the other reviews. You can tell right away which ones were written by real residents, because we're all complaining about the same, serious, problems at Apple Chase. But don't take my word for it, or anyone elses. Just drive around the place a few times and see what you think of the neighborhood. It's so bad there that even a brief look around will convince you to avoid the place.
