If you can get past the "renovated" plumbing, electric, and drywall that fails almost on schedule [according to the worst time possible, i.e. winter or constantly], you will still have to deal with an insufferable staff. Not only did every appliance other than the refrigerator fail more than once but other apartments problems found their way into ours via the wall, ceiling, and electrical wiring. Staff will not answer your questions or "call you back" in any reasonable amount of time. Do not expect to be treated like a person. Everying on the tenants end must be in writing which is imporatant because you will not get anything you ask for or are even due unless you can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Interesting neighbors will block the street and yell at you when you look like you want to get by them. The pool has terrible hours. The trash cans were fifty yards away. We had multiple managers and currently have no single on-site manager but a district manager than, apparently, is handeling multiple properties for Capano, thus getting any significant piece of information from her might be a little difficult.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, UNLESS IT IS TO BOYCOTT THE COMPLEX.

When I first moved here, I had nice considerate neighbors. Now it's different. They have vacancy problems here, and are lowering the bar for tenants. Now I see sketchy, drugged out people stumbling in the parking lot. Plus, my new neighbors have dogs that never shut up, and they have left rotting pumpkins on their third floor balcony for almost two months now. It must be nice for the tenants below them when it rains. Oh yeah, they don't pick up after their dogs either. The place is going down, and it's the management's fault. That's just a few examples. Most people here can't manage to put their garbage in the dumpster properly, or pick up their mail without throwing it on the ground. It wasn't like this a year ago.
