I read the review and felt I had to comment on it. The person is really being unfair, unless things have drastically changed in 1 1/2 years. I lived here a short while 10 months and then bought a house. My appliances
were ok, not new but not original. I knew going in it was short-term so didn't really care if the apartment was updated. I was in difficult personal circumstances and needed a place asap. Donna who was, and I assume is the manager was great. I was in no position to bargain and was given a decent 1 bedroom on a quiet floor. My washer died and I was given a new one. The maintenace men were really cool,and everything was always done on a timely basis. Yes you can hear noise in these, it is the way they are constructed, that is part of living in an apartment. The grounds were always kept clean and my neighbors were great. I had no hassle moving out and all of my deposit was returned. Note: I did leave the apartment in the same condition I found it. Pool was nice too. It's not perfect, but did the trick for me until I could buy a place.
