I have lived here for a year and have not encountered any of the problems the last person mentioned. My locks work fine. My washer broke and got a new one within a few days. Maintenance is good, and the office treats me like a person, not a number. Parking can be tight at night, though. It's a decent area, but c'mon it's not Greenville. There is also a dog area at the end of the complex, and bags for dog waste. It isn't the management's fault if people are careless. Until I buy a house, this is where I am staying.
