Where do I start'!'

-Maintenance usually takes forever. Not the workers, fault, because I think alot of times, the office workers don't tell them about the problems. I remember once I had to notify them of a whole list that needed to be done, and it took them a month to get even STARTED! It also took them 3 MONTHS to replace my washer. Speaking of which, we've lived her for 3 years, and have had to replace the dryer once, and the washer twice. They suggested I go back and forth to another building to get my laundry done while I was waiting.
- Parking isn't good.
- Right now, I feel unsafe. Not all the lights in the parking lots are working, and the police are here often. And right now, it's the dead of winter, and the catwalks literally have about an inch of ice on them. They aren't thinking about our safety at all.
-The noise is INSANE! You hear every step, you can hear the tvs and radios, even some conversations!
- It's an old building, so there isn't alot of quality things. The bathrooms are hidious! Yellow bathtubs, and the sink is slowly coming apart from the wall!

I could comment more, but I think you get my point!
