Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived here, and it was ok. Nice pool, parking a pain, you can hear noise.
But the place is safe. I never had any problems with that. The management was ok to deal with, never any problems. Nice area, older complex. They have a small washer/dryer in each unit. Didn't live there forever, but liked it.
