I have been here 14 years. Since Donna became manager a few years ago, service has been great. It was not so consistently good before. Before there was constant turnover. Now maintenance gets things done right, and with reasonable promptness. My air conditioner quit this summer, and management went "above and beyond" to accommodate me until it was replaced.
I almost never hear anything from horizontally adjacent apartments. I think the sound insulation is less good vertically, between floors, but that has not been a problem for me.
Seems like a safe place and neighborhood, and housekeeping keeps the grounds clean and attractive.
