People please do yourselves a favor, those of you who are presently living here. Take pictures document everything. They CANNOT charge anyone for normal wear and tear, these places were built in the 70's and have not been upgraded so knobs, doors, hooks, tubs, walls you name it are going to fall apart. There are major cracks in the walls, pipes are bad, heat is bad walkways are crumbling and they want to charge elderly people who have been here for 20 years for a simple knob and question how it happened' What because it is in Pike Creek give me a break!! Old counter tops, old cabinets and they expect them to last forever and then want to charge,think again, not me I'm not the one! Jonathan better open his eyes before he regrets it. It is so bad they have to have a guy with a sign doing karate moves on Kirkwood Highway to bring people to an open house, what joke lol. Pool is disgusting, snakes are present. I promise if I ever move we will be going to court and I am prepared with move in pictures, during the time I have been here pictures and when I leave there will be pictures, I have documentation from phone calls and repairs I have requested. Do this for yourselves tenants who are here. WE need to start a tenant council here it would eliminate alot of these problems. Please advise anyone you know or see this is not a happy comfortable place to live. It was wonderful when Donna, Melissa, Mike, Mike and Inge were here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

First fo all, you're wrong! The Bluffs were built in 2003 and all of the apartments have upgraded countertops and carpet.Not to menton the prop isnt even near Kirkwood Highway>>>>> Get your story straight before to post the wrong information. I love living at The Bluffs Apartments in reno nv and the staff is great too!

I wish I had read this before I moved in. We got so screwed over when we tried to move out. Terrible experience! I never saw a snake, but I did see a rat run by my door once. Maybe it was just a very very large mouse. Either way, it was huge.

If indeed Reno is really where this comment came from? How would you know if it's near Kirkwood Hgwy or not. How conincidental Reno must also have a Kirkwood Hwy mmmmmn Well you enjoy your apartment @ The Bluffs in Reno Nevada and I will continute to dislike The Bluffs in Newark, Delaware.

LMAO @ Anonymous 12-15-09!! That does look like an office posting doesn't it? Guess Lorraine's still slipping... The 1800 building (fire building) was renovated, never rebuilt-just crappily put back together in 2005 and the community was built in 1974. The old staff was great, weren't they! =)Was a great place to be back then... Please don't tell me they actually have someone holding up signs doing karate moves?? Wow!!!!
