I have been here six years. I am lucky to be on the top floor, on the corner of the building. That is the only reason that they have not driven me out by now!!!! False promises from the Property Manager, everything leaks, and I do most of the maintenance myself, as there is no real maintenance department. Mt car has been broken into twice, I have nails in my tires from the gross, overflowing dumptsers. WARNING: there is not heat until 10/16, that when they are supposed to turn on the boilers!!!! If you have elderly parents, or someone you love, dO NOT let them move to the Bluffs!!!!!!!

Call Susan Noce 215-861-7583 at HUD she will take all of your complaints and concerns. Have you noticed HUD hasn't been here in a while to inspect, something suspicious about that because they are supposed to inspect all apartment complexes. Also County Code 5308 heat/water hot water are considered "essetial services" in all apartments. From October 15th through April 15th room temperature must be 68 degrees. Call them at 302-395-5555 with any concerns, they will come out or go to their website and make a complaint. Call Jonathan the owner at RMSI corp to complain about the bullying that goes on here from Lorraine Brady. We have rights we just have to take a stand.

Do you think Jonathan gives a sh--. If he did there would not be so many vacants. He lets Lorraine, with her non customer service skills, run things into the ground because he does not want to get his hands dirty with any problems.
