Lease has a noise clause.. basically three reports of disturbance and you're out.. sounds nice, right? We moved in and had a noise issue with a next door neighbor, we called about them dozens of times.. the noise was heard at least three times by the employees of the complex.. nothing was done.. ever. So much for the lease. Walls are paper thin.. even when the neighbors weren't trying to be a nuisance, we could hear their conversations, television, vacuum cleaner, etc. Landscape was OK, parking became an issue at times.. snow plows literally snowed me *in* for an extra 3-4 days last winter.. but my biggest issue was the noise. If you're looking for somewhere quiet to sleep, study, work.. this isn't the place for you.
