I have lived here for the last 2 years and have no complaints so far. I agree that you can hear some noise from the neighbors but that is expected in apartments. I would say this has been the better than other apts I have lived in.
The mgmt. and maintenance staff is good and courteus. Maintenance response is quick and good. (Even on w/e's i have had response time of less than an hour for emergencies).
Mgmt. goes the extra step in arranging parties for the residents, neighborhood watch meetings. Security is good. The staff goes around to make sure everything is in order.
The only slight problem is that since the apt.s are 2 storeyed the 1st floor is generally a bit colder than the 2nd floor. But that is an architecture issue.
There is a rent increase every year but it looks like it is industrywide in the area.
