I have lived at Buckingham Place for almost 4 going on 5 years when I leave in January, and I have enjoyed all the time I have been here. The office staff are more that professional they are actually polite. Maintenance is actually 24 hours for emergency, The management even led the fight with the politicians to get a new traffic light and we won. I can't say enough good things about Buckingham.

I can say I am moving to Florida in January and was checking this site out for reviews of property down there. It is funny because the exact same negative comments were left on the apartments down there, so I guess this anonymous person found a way to spam all the properties. I do hope he,she, they are getting help for their problem now.

How old are the appliances in these townhomes, they seem to be a bit pricy because most of the 2br unnits aren't that large . How old are the windows/doors, are they tight, and is the utility cost here high ?
