My husband and I have lived here for nearly 3 years. The place is well kept and the maintenance staff is honest, friendly and competent. We have had quite a few plumbing issues since living here, but they were always fixed quickly. The maintenance people will fix just about anything you ask of them, our floors squeaked terribly and they actually ripped up the carpet and re-drilled the floor boards.

We have had some personal issues with the front office staff, though they were nothing bad enough to deter us from living here. They really like to put notes on your front door about little things that you are doing wrong.

You get a card and balloons on your birthday, a gift during the holidays, and there are always cookies in the rental office. You can borrow movies from the rental office too!

It is by far the best place that we have lived in Newark.
