I moved in this apartment 10 days ago. I don't know situation of Delaware because I came from Florida. But, everything looks good. I like its pretty quiet atmosphere. Managers and maintenance staffs are professional. Especially, Kevin is very nice and diligent. I really appreciate his effort for my family.
The problem of this complex is a playground. I have a daughter. This morning, we went there and were very dissapointed to see a very old, dirty and dangerous slide which is the only facility in the playground. Nobady can play there.
