I have lived in many apartment complexes but so far cavalier apts are the worst. the management sucks. i have so many issues and the pathetic management do not bother to listen. I am telling you.... its total waste of ... more

Cavalier is very convenient to bus lines, malls, shopping and schools. Management cares. If you have a need or concern, they take care of it. Maintenance responds any time day or night. The area is very neat. Neighbors are pleasant ... more

one of the worst in town

very old apartment complexes with bugs running around. management never responds to your complaints and very rude. ac units are more than 30 years old and would only give you high bills instead of air especially 2nd and 3rd floors. ... more
